The Collective Getaway | 2026 - 6 MONTHLY PAYMENTS - Early Bird Discount

We are so excited that you will be attending the 2026 Collective Getaway, November 9-11! 

This payment plan is 6 monthly installments of $158.17. Once you set up your payment, it will bill one time per month on the same day as your original payment.

Room Block Hotel rates are $239/night with a discounted Resort Fee of $15. You can stay by yourself, or book with a friend!  You will receive the link or hotel booking code soon!

CG Ministries Refund Policy

At CG Ministries, we understand that plans can change. While we do not offer monetary refunds for event registrations, we do provide flexible options under the following policy:

Non-Refundable Registration Fee

Upon registering for any CG Ministries event or online forum, a non-refundable fee of $275 will be applied. This amount is retained by CG Ministries to cover administrative and processing costs and will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if a transfer or credit request is approved.

Transfer & Credit Policy

You may transfer your registration to another individual or apply the amount (minus the non-refundable $275 fee) as a credit toward another CG Ministries event or ministry.

• These requests must be made at least 90 days prior to the scheduled event date.

No Changes Within 90 Days

No transfers, credits, or changes of any kind will be permitted within 90 days of the event.

All registrations become final at that point and are considered non-transferable and non-refundable.
